Chapel Hill is a self-managed diverse community of 425 homes ranging in size from 846 to 1601 square feet on 77 acres of open green space and sidewalks with tree-lined streets. Construction began in 1969 and was completed in the late 1970’s.
Chapel Hill features a recently remodeled clubhouse with exercise facilities and an in-ground swimming pool. Chapel Hill is governed by its nine-member Board of Directors, elected by the Co-Owners, and managed by General Manager Kathleen Ziebarth, who supervises our in-house maintenance team.
Chapel Hill is located on Green Road, just north of Plymouth Road and the US-23 interchange.

When is trash and recycling collected?
Garbage is picked up every Friday. Recycling is picked up every Tuesday and Thursday.
How can I make my monthly payments through my portal?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an invitation to join your portal.
How do I request maintenance service?
Email email@example.com to request an invitation to join your portal. From there, you can submit maintenance requests at any time.
Do I need permission from the association to make modifications or structural changes to the interior of my condominium?
Yes, you will need to complete a grounds modification form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail or drop off to the office. Once it is received it will be reviewed and returned approved, denied or a request for further information may be necessary.
