Co-Owners Who Rent
Chapel Hill annual $200 Rental Administration Fee is due on March 15, 2021.
It is the owners’ responsibility to follow the Association’s rental policy. This includes providing us with a copy of lease renewals or changes and any tenant changes.
We also require proof that you have obtained the rental license (Permit of Occupancy) with the City of Ann Arbor.
Project Grow Garden 2021
It’s time to think of Spring and reserve your plot in the Chapel Hill Project Grow garden! We are fortunate to have plots within Chapel Hill for Chapel Hill residents ONLY. There are still plots available, so if you are interested and want additional information and/or sign up, please go to https://projectgrowgardens.org/ There are those for whom a whole plot is a bit too much for their needs and a half plot would be best for them. If you will send me an email at email@example.com indicating your wish for a half plot, I will attempt to pair you with another gardener with a like request if one is available. I hope to see you in the garden before too long!

“All automobiles shall be parked overnight in marked parking spaces on the common elements.”
